Default remove grill?!?!

hey. i have a 99 ss and i want to remove the black plastic grill in the front. how do u take it off? are there any screws or anything that need to be taken off?

just yank the bitch off. start at the sides, then move to the center.

it will twist it up pretty bad, but i'm assuming ur taking it off to put a dif one in? Also make sure u yank up and out for the bottom and down and out for the top

yeah i have a few spider webs from yanking mine out but oh well i will be getting a new bumper one day anyway

why do you want to remove it anyway? ...i think it looks incomplete and as if something is missing if nothing is there.... if you gonna go that route you should at least have the holes filled in

Yeah or get a grille to replace the stock one.

The only piece I had break was the female ends for the screws. If you want to take it off without breaking **** the whole bumper has to come off unless you have a friend with real skinny arms who can somehow maneuver a phillips screw driver to the two srews holding on to the grill.

I tried to "yank" mine off, but there was no way in HELL it was going to. It was actually easier to remove the whole front clip...lol
