To take the headrest covers off you unscrew the two screws that hold the seatbelt guide on. Then from the back of the headrest, reach under, grab the seam and pull back. It should pop loose from the front seam. There is a plastic peice in each seam and they click together. When they are disconnected, grab the top of the covers and pull up and work them off.

Just got my headrests back today from Grant, and I'm very happy with them. The lighting was bad in this photo that made part of the red look pink.
