Boost Gauge Help!!!!!!!!

I have one quick question about the boost gauge. I have installed my boost gauge on a 99 T/A, but I am going to install my friends boost gauge on a 97 T/A, V8. Since they are two totally different engines, where should I tap into for the boost. On mine, I tapped into the brake booster, but that was way to complicated and hard and all my friend wants is for looks. So if anyone has the easiest way to tap into a line, that would really be appreciated. Pics also help!!!

just drill a hole in the intake...if its just for looks tho, i wouldnt hook it up to anything...it wont move either way...unless your blowin. just hook up the electrical so the light comes on and call it a day

Everything is already installed except the tube. I sorry I didn't mention it is the boost/vac gauge. Since he has the LT1 motor, where should I put the "T", basically the easiest location to tap into.
