The scoop on the Z06 is fake anyway.
There was a yellow one sitting at a GM display that I went to, and they had it plugged in (to the wall - save the battery), and fully opened up. The tiny little scoop (which wouldn't catch much air anyway) didn't go anywhere. It was just there for looks.

As far as body parts from other cars go, I don't care. Some just look flat out better than anything you can buy aftermarket (like an ss spoiler). However I don't like it when people cross the line and put badges on cars that aren't right. I saw an SS V6 camaro the other night
