who was making the in dash gauge panel to put a 5" tach/speedo and a couple of other smaller gauges in the dash? TIA!

Where? I just looked and didn't seem to find it.

BTW - I think the person you are thinking of a while back was CamaroBoy or something to that extent. He originally made a panel for his 69 camaro I believe and then started making them for people on the board for their camaro's.

Thanks, it is CAMAROBOY69 and looks like Speed Inc. is supposed to be a dealer.
