Blackouts?
Had police behind me numerous times with the blackouts on and they never said a word - not to say they couldn't.
The lights are still readily visible thru the blackouts when brakes are applied in the daytime and during the night they show up just fine in either mode.

Well, if you have urself a camaro, I wouldnt suggest it. I know a few ppl (along with myself) that had their taillight lenses melt because the covers push on the lense... thus when u hit the brakes, the bulb heat them up, and you got yourself some nice dents. I would just nightshade them.

I got two warnings when I had just taillight blackouts (pulled over for speeding). Now that everything is blacked out, no one has bothered me.

My car came with blackouts on it....IT WARPED BOTH TAILLIGHTS
also DO NOT GO THRU DRIVE THROUGH CAR WASHES WITH THEM ON!!! Mine snapped in half and the car washing place refused to cover the cost.
I replaced them with another set and they were stollen WITHIN 1 WEEK!!!
if you can find a way, screw them into something under the hatch. I had mine on for about a year total and never got pulled over for them.

I run full black outs, I forgot to mention. Never been pulled over and had it mentioned. Never had em fly off/break even up to the top of the speedo ( *Bottom of the speedo I mean

VHT nightshades is a spray paint black that is transparent. You can buy it online. Or you can go to a Hobby Lobby store and get a transparent black spray paint in the model section.
