He had the hookups on the wheels..... ME 
They were my set from our Trans Am we sold, I put them up in the for sale section the day he finally picked them up, I was holding them for him until he sold his old wheels, perfect timing! I knew the wheels would be a knock out on that car, once it's lowered it will be amazing!!!!!
Good job JD! Now you just need to buy my TRANS AM caliper decals I have laying around for the car, that will look sweet behind those wheels!
