Gotta Qs. Bergel panel mod. Well, I did my berger mod this past weekend, it went very well, sooo smooth like glass. Thinking the paint was dry (waited for 4-5 hrs) I decided to put it back on the car before it gets dark. Everything was going well and all of a sudden when I was alighning the panel to the key hole it fell on my shorts and low and behold where the camaro lettering is at, the paint was still tacky! 
Fack! So it left a print off of my shorts nice 2" print. To make a matter worst, I panicked and the tail lights popped out of the tail panel and somewhat left gouges! Good thing it was pretty small but its big enough to notice!
Should I start over, sand it down, and paint it black and clear coat it again? OR is there a better solution for this?

Ive done **** like that before, its a bitch. When painting my wheels I was rolling one back before it was dry, and it went over a bump and rolled into the grass face down... Grrr. You'll be kicking your own as the whole time your redoing it lol.
id strip repaint too
i think we've all done similar things before. just to excited and want to see the final product
i think i let my whistler lights sit for about 16 hrs before i removed the tape, then waited like another 4 before installing
and if its winter, bring things inside where its warm. learned that the hard way too
