anyone with PAINTED ON Blackbird stripes?? my hood has quite a few deep rock chips and i'm thinking about getting it repainted, but with blackbird stripes on it and then adding stainless ram air emblems on to it.

ha, good luck silver, I asked that last year,https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ckbird+stripes and got the same response you have. I say if you really like the blackbird stripes, and have no plans for a change, then go for it, it will make them look that much better.
well im painting on mine on the ws6 hood i have, so far all ive done is lay down the silver for the decals, im going to let the paint cure for about 2 weeks or so before i put on the decals, i also noticed a few scratches in the primer that i didnt see before i laid down the paint so i have to fill that in tomorrow. Give me about 2-3 weeks and i should have it all the way done and on the car then ill post some pics.
