Default T/A to formula
I have the back bumper and hatch already, what parts will I need in the front besides the obvious bumper cover fog and parking lights to convert my T/A to a formy?

I believe the fog lights are the same part number. Just need the turn signal housings. Wiring should be the same.

personally, i think a WS6 hood, formy front bumper, and T/A hatch are the best looking combo of parts, especially in NBM

I have to agree, WS6 Formulas are the best looking 4th gen style. Here is my first LS1:
