Or at least that is what I would say if you passed me on the road at night.
What is the temperature on those? 6000K or 4200K? They look really white.
Do you have the HID in both the low and high beams?

So at best your lights are about 1.1 times better, at most, than your stock ones. Not the "50x's better" that you claim. If it were 50x's better, you would have the the equivalent of a nuclear reaction inside of your headlamps. The "brighter" effect that you are seeing is called glare, and it is also blinding other drivers on the road. If you want to see a true difference in your light pattern and brightness, then retrofit some projectors into your lens assembly. This would allow your light to be used in a more efficient manner
