like a wise *** once told me "any car can be an SS, but only a camaro can be a z28"

Debadge the car and freak-out some unsuspecting ricers that try to play with ya'. I did that for a long time back in the day. My plate said "FAST V6" to back it up too, lol.
You could always re-badge the car in other ways though (like the Dick Harrel cars have Dick Harrel emblems in place of the SS/Z28 badges)...
Still trying to be helpful here though, other options BESIDES SS badges (since you don't even have and SS hood, you might as well put Mustang GT badges or Z06 badges on the car) and BESIDES Z28 badges (since you don't seem to like them):
V-Flags (came on some 1st gen Camaros):
or put 346 on the side of the car but with this style emblem:
Year One makes it so that you can have the above syle emblems BUT it would be 346 (the LS1's actual size) AND you can get it in white with chrome trim OR black with chrome trim...
No one is saying you're breaking the law and should burn in hell for what you are doing, just saying you will be perceived by most as a retard for doing it

We're just saying if you are going to change the badges be a little creative and come up with something cool (still YOUR choice so it's still your mod) not making your car look like it was modded by some 16 year old kid because you're advertising it as something it's not...
