Can you use VHT on headlights I have a 2000 camaro ss with the chrome halo's on it. I wanted black but at the time chrome was all i can find. I don't want to do the whistler mod unless I have to. Can you use VHT on the headlights.
I've read on here before that you could just open up the halos and that the chrome piece could be removed and painted black. I don't know if this is true, but if it is then you could easily have black halos without all the prep work of the whistler mod.

your best bet would be to open them up like doing the whisler mod, and paint the halo part black.
