If you do put the stripes on the car I would definately also paint the roof cap and mirrors like the berger. I think that is a big image enhancement for our cars.

Here is my car with the roof painted, I think it was one of the best mods I did to improve the appearance.

Thanks for the replys guys.

Looks like the 'stripes' are ahead so far. I like the idea of Decals first and then if I like it paint them on later. The car sits in the garage most of the time so fading won't be much of an issue. Also mentioned was painting the roof and mirrors too, good idea. That might get scary though as it might not be easy to color match the Hugger orange at most body shops around here. I don't want a 2 tone orange set up.
decisions, decsions..

Hugger orange isnt a hard collor match at all, most shops will guarantee the collor match... all of them I have worked for did. I agree on the decals also, I did the hugger orange manta on my car and hated it from the start. I repainted the entire hood a couple of months afterward.

Is your interior white?? I can't tell. If so, white stripes will look killer. If not, maybe black will flow much better with the black roof, grill etc...

The interior is tan. I wish it was white that would be awesome.
