FIberglass 4" cowl problems?

I am looking into a Glasstek 4" cowl for my Camaro off of thunderracing.com and was wondering if anyone has problems with rain water or water from washing the car getting into the engine bay. Thanks.

Water can get behind the cowl but it wont hurt anything. The sensors are made to resist water unless they are sprayed with high pressure. Other than that, normal water going on the engine bay wont harm anything.

no bolted to the original hindges...the opening does look pretty large but it has a "catch try" if u wanna call it around the opeing..hard to explain but i guess it catches

this is from another guy with the same hood...pretty much what you see...its just hard to the right front corner when makin hard right turns...
