Beautiful car. I love Camaro SS. Im a "younger" LS1 driver aswell, at just shy of 21 years. I got my car midway through my 18th year. I have always had respect for what the car can do. That is the important thing. In fact, I rarely even speed anymor, if thats believable. Im learning to just enjoy cruising around. Be proud of what you have and dont ruin it like so many other jackasses do when they get something nice and/or fast.

Again nice car man and keep taking care of it.

I'm only 19 as well. You might not want to use dish detergent for future reference, it is a little harsh. Overall though, looks good.

Well we used the dish washing liquid to strip off all the wax and other impurities that've been on there for so long, and then hit it with the clay bar & zaino washing mix for that process.

we only used it that time because it breaks down any of the old wax on the car we wanted to get it completely stripped of any old wax so that it would be as clean as posible with the new coat we put on it, we pulled it into the garage right after we washed it so that there is no way the sun could harm the paint with it not having any wax on it at all, we only wash with detergent when there is alot of old wax buildup that we need to get off, it just makes it a little bit easier when you go to really detail everything, i agree though, doing that frequently is very bad for your paint. thanks for the complements guys i really appreciate them all.

that has to be my favorite car on this forum.....

I like to think of the GTO, the Z, and the SS as a giant 3-some...One big love... Heh. With the Z being foreign we try and look past the differences... So far its gone well.

This coming weekend we're all planning on doing the whole zaino process for hopes of supreme looks for the cars. There's a local car show coming soon and hope to enter it and do well.

Once again guys thanks for the encouraging comments its really great to hear these things about our cars when you spend so much time on something you really love.
