CETA bumper question- red ws6

I just got another trans am, this one is a 02' red ws6 with only 18k miles on it! I am trying to figure out how to get the CETA bumper look. Do most people just do it themselves? or take it to a paint/body shop? Next question is what type of paint is used on the 02' CETA bumper if anyone knows.

thanks for your help. Also if anyone has pics that would be nice.

I took mine to the shop. Cost 300$ with minor work to repair some scrapes. this was the price to get the whole bumper painted blue and the ceta black.

I just did mine 2 nights ago. I did it myself and had problems getting the bumper on and off, but the paint seem to come out fine. I decided to go w/ a semi gloss paint. Here is some before and after pictures:
