So are they brighter or dimmer than stock? Both in direct sunlight and at night.

I've been waiting for an answer to this, but people don't seem to want to vouch for LEDs.

I tried the tower led's for my ride and didnt really like them. They are a much dimmer than the bulbs... That is why I went back to the bulbs.
