Default cloth upholstry question

i recently bought some racing seats. (universal)

well they are black and white, my car is white.

more i think about it, i currently have the stock seats in my car and they came white from the factory.

so i was thinkng of removing them so when i go to the track.

my question is....the white on the seats, can i just paint it black?

i think white is too delicate and i think it will get dirty faster.

where can i buy paint/spray paint for upholstry to make the white section black. to avoid doing it later??

any help/writeups/links would be appreciated.

i know some of the camaros had cloth interiors and some people would paint the middle section another color.....

thanks!

I think that you may be able to dye it with a fabric dye. I never heard of PAINTING it though, sounds kinda tacky.

They sell a dye that is a spray but I don't know how that will work.. I don't think it would turn out too good and you might run into a chance that it would bleed on your cloths
