Default Headlight Gaskets????????????

Has anyone has an issue with the rubber gasket around the headlight assembly not fitting flush against the bumper cover? Mine seems to be pushed in (you can see a gap between the headlight and the bumper cover which the gasket should cover up. Never been in an accident. Wondering if anyone has a fix for this? This is killing me!!

Mine has more of a gap in the front than the sides like yours look like they do. At first it bothered me but I got over it eventually.

I forget how my stock one looked, but with my Halos the rubber contacts the side panels.

Mine does this too, you have to remember that these are assembly line cars and everything is not going to fit perfect.

if youre really wanting to seal it up, get some weather stripping adhesive in black and put it around the inside and put the headlight back on. that will make it look like the gasket and seal it

someone have a better idea than glopping silicone behind the gasket to push the gasket closer to the bumper?? looks like gasket needs to move about 1-2 inches to get it to sit against bumper. someone help this perfectionist maniac please.

I had to bend the headlight housing.

I used spacers (wherever necessary) to move the headlight assembly further forward. Both my lights fit perfectly now:
