My opinion? Get rid of it all, everything. The ground effects, wing, hood, grille, hockey stick stripes, all of it. But thats just my $.02

Peace,
Craig.

It is okay to voice an opinion of dislike about something, especially when people ask for comments, but you last reply makes you look like a dick. That kind of stuff isn't welcome here.

To the original poster, your gfx look better than the factory crap that GM tacked onto Camaros, but gfx just seem too 1987 to me. The hood looks more awkward than the gfx.

Leave the gfx, sell the hood, get a Sunoco hood to match your spoiler.

I was talking to zo6vette037 in the last post, not the original poster. If i looked like a dick, so be it. Just being honest.

Why change rims? Camaro decal is coming off soon.

You can say that again.
I know its but how many ppl agree with him? Like you said different strokes for different folks you and others might like the look of your car but i personaly would never put gfx on an fbody or any other car(not even a honda) and a hood that does not go with the car. im not trying to be a dick, the reason i put rice is because the firs thing that came to my mind when i saw your car was the movie The Fast And The Furious.

To 98BlkFormula: So you are saying that all of the cars in Fast and Furious are rice? What about Vin Diesel's dad's car in the end of the movie? Is that rice? I just dont see how you could call a camaro rice. It's not even close to rice. And that \'s kinda rude to say that. Just lettin you know how I feel.

sounds like somebodys watched the movie quite a few times....

but anyways i think your car looks good and i say keep the GFX, but do what YOU want, no matter what you do you cant please everyone.... opinions are good to get but dont let peoples opinions build your car.. a sunoco or ultra z would look mighty fine on that car though

i think the reason it was called "rice" was due to the amount of stuff added to the car (hood, gfx, graphics)

You did ask for opinions and thats what you got...some people are harsh but what do you expect.

I think if you lost at least some of the graphics and the gfx alone it would help the car..im not going to bash your car because im sure its your pride and joy but you cant get mad when people post their honest opinions.

and whoever put a pic of my car saying its one of the nicest, THANKS!

To clear this up, I asked: leave the body kit on or take it off, not opinions about the whole car. People need to read the question and stay on topic. And I have to say, your car is badass.

sorry

i agree with you 100 percent. Car looks like it belongs on the Cheesiest F-Body page. I beleive that a Ram Air hood only belongs on Birds & that ground effects over do it. My opinion.

bro it doesnt look bad but that hood doesnt belong on there thats my opinion.. go for the sunoco or a big cowl and itll look badass... and def leave the body kit on there it makes it look lower with the 17s

Keith,

Okay, please don't take this the wrong way becauwse I'm going to try to help you here. Personally I feel that if you lose the gfx, the hood is going to stick out even more. If you are going to take the gfx off, (which I think you should) take everything off at the same time. Now, I don't think the grille is all that bad. It's not my style, but a little bit different than the rest. When you get the money, lose everything and start fresh. This includes those hockey stripes!! Sunoco hoods are a great choice for any LS1 Z-28. I don't think they do well for LT1 cars. I'm not trying to sound mean, just trying to give input on how to make your car look better. Take the all or nothing approach!

Lose the kit. I had trhe factory kit on my z. I took it off and it looks way better... because just like one of the poster said, its 1987-ish. Those kit reminds me of the 3rd gen camaro.
