New guy introducing the SS-56k...meltdown? Updated pics...
Got a couple new pictures of the car now that its clean and waxed, thought I'd throw them up for more viewing pleasure.
Hey everybody, I've been a lurker for a while now. Picked up my 99 NBM SS back in May as a graduation present to myself. 12k on the clock, 6 spd, leather, T-top, SLP Dual-Dual, Bilstein suspension, Auburn Diff and all that good stuff. At the moment it sits bone stock with the exception of a UMI short stick, but Im collecting stuff to throw on this winter. Anyways, thought I'd throw up some pictures on my SS and my buddies TA. Excuse the dirt, it was far from my standards of clean for the pictures.
Apparently they think its bad to not have plates on a vehicle the day after you buy it...

Better pictures will come, my skills aren't the greatest as of now.

Car looks good man Could use a lowering, and paint those mirrors NBM to match the car, and maybe do the free berger mod in a flat black with stainless inserts. Just to name some stuff quickly as advice, rims look good though!

Wheels are in the planning budget hopefully by next spring... Just hard to decide on a set when all the ones I'm considering are 3-4k area. The stock chrome ZR1s have grown on me, by I'd prefer something more. I got lucky finding it with 12k, but I also paid more than enough to justify the milage. Some appearance mods with happen (SLP SS grille, stainless tail fillers, clear corner lenses), Lowering should be done over the winter, probably care of DMS springs(havent completely decided), Full Exhaust will also be done, GMMG with Stainless headers and catted-Y. And then when I decided to pull the motor and trans for a good cleaning, a nice cam and LS6 intake will find its way on.
I appreciate the comments , now if only my $700 payments were over I could make some faster progress
