VFN ROCKS Absolutly...

hey man, your car, well both cars looks awsome, the hood fit perfect!

i did the same thing, but i left my hood at the office, then drive for like 40milles with out the hood and then installed in the back of the terminal docks..

but it worth the waiting and the work at the terminal, like you said, the people who stopped and stared at the car.... nice feeling ha

are you going tu put the side stripes on the hood?

btw: i didt knew the hood can fit inside the car, dont forget to post the pic...

Here's some more I pics I snapped (sorry they aren't the best and the car's dirty but oh well...):

My clear housing black turnsignals keep condensing with water (as in the pics) so I still need to drill a hole in them... I also need to have the front bumper re-sprayed when I do the hood and polish up the headlights...

It's getting there

I was just about to PM you I'll try to get a quote for both our hoods by Wednesday...

I did that to install my WS6 hood on my 1999 Trans-Am... I drove an hour (45 miles) like that though... I was afraid the Cop/***** in Cali would stop me here though

I've considered the side stripes but more than likely I won't do it... Don't get me wrong, I like them but I have a MUCH BETTER idea (not involving stripes at all) that I don't quite want to give away yet...

One more thing... I have to give credit where credit is due... to this car's owner:

I don't know the owner's name but it is Greg's (SS LS1) dad's car. It inspired me to get the hood. I saw this pic:

and felt that even un-finished the hood looked FAR BETTER than any finished hood I'd ever seen on a Camaro !

His car just looked awesome with it and I've wanted it ever since, and now I have it

The grilles are just billet grilles sprayed satin/low-gloss black... The red bowties come off of the 1969 Impala I believe...
