window switch problem

window switch problem Hey guys,
I sold my car and I'm trying to get things cleared up as much as possible before he comes to pick it up. Only problem I have is the window switches. There not receiving ANY power, I fluked the fuse posts and it's not receiving any power on either sides. The breaker fuse right under it is (the Defog/Seats) pinging in 12volts. Someone mentioned that there's another "fail-safe" like another fuse that route to the fuse block. Anybody help me out here cause even if it's not anything I can do I'll pass on the info to him.
