Default How to: CETA bumper?

For those of you who painted your CETA bumper yourself, how did you do it? Spray paint? or professionally painted?

I had mine done professionaly, but only b/c I worked in a body shop at the time and had access to all that was needed to have it done professionally... but I have seen a spraycanned CETA done that looked fine as well. :shrug:
