They still around, their the only ones that amke a part I want which is the 97+ gauge cluster bezel modifed to fit the 93-96.

Not too hard to find guys... One google search got me:

 

They're still around. But I ordered the T/A gauge bezel about two weeks ago, and I asked for next day air. I have still not recieved the bezel! I would not recommend them at all.

 

MacEwen has been the subject of many, many threads in the past year or so. I have their white faced gauges and love them, but I bought them a few years ago before their customer service went to hell. Stay away from these characters and for that matter ALL so called "sponsors" who act like this. Advertising products that they don't have in stock or saying something has shipped when it hasn't and so on and so on. Can't tell you how many threads I've read about these "businesses" and the people who run them who wouldn't know what customer service was if it hit them in the head. I'm not trying to cast a shadow over all speed related shops, but this sector certainly has enough of them to make a person be very wary of who they are buying from. Best advice is do your research, ask other people and go with a well known sponsor. If they don't return your emails or PMs within a reasonable amount of time, go with someone else. There's always someone out there who is hungry and wants your business.

Same thing for me. Its been 3+ weeks since i've ordered mine. I still haven't been charged yet but i called my credit card a week or so ago and told them i want to dispute the charges if they show up. I called Macewen many times and everytime i got an error message. I've emailed them several times and never got a response. After i talked to my credit card company i sent an email to them saying don't charge me and don't send me the bezel. I've had 3 transactions from them and everyone has been like this.

 

I don't think i have been charged yet, I would rather just get it at the pontiac dealer, I really don't care if it costs more.Does anyone know of a way to get a hold of them, the phone number doesn't work and they don't answer e-mails.

 

They list a fax a number but i doubt that'll get answered either.

 

I just got my shifter overlay probably a month ago..I ordered them in January! I had previously bought some other overlays from him a few years ago and didnt have a problem. But this recent order was ridiculous. I had the same experience...got charged for the overlay but did not receive anything and his phone number and email addresses were bad. I finally saw people posting on this site saying they had just ordered and got their products so I sent him another email and all of a sudden it went through. He sent me an email the next day saying I was right and that he never sent anything out even though I was charged.
Best of luck dealing with this company, but I would advise anyone to stay away.

 

Same I ordered my light switch and ac white backrounds and they took over two weeks.

Stil haven't recieved my bezel, a tracking number or anything. I sent them another e-mail, still no response.

 

Oh man, I feel your pain. Im sure you will get it but next time before ordering anything do a little research here. We and the rest of the guys are here to help!!

 

I did the research, thats why I did the next day air, I thought if they saw that they would speed it up a bit, I guess not.

 

Have fun. I went thourgh the same thing a few years ago. Took forever to get my gauges in. If you email and don't get a response you might want to call. I called every day for over a week before someone answered.
