Let me know if a projector setup is do-able with not too much labor. I'll be the first in line.

That's not bad at all for not being a retro-fit. What housings did you go with (company)?

165mm Hella free-form housings which ran me around $100 bucks with new h4 lamps (halogen lamps). I purchased the H4 HID kit separate obviously.

im workin on a projector setup for LT1s. It is a low budget setup but will get the job done of having projectors in an LT1. Doesn't matter if the housing looks pretty cause it's hidden during the day!

Are you looking to do this with a bi-xenon to retain high beam functionality? I'm very interested.

As of now no. 1 main reason is that most bi-xenon projectors are to long for the whole headlight assembly and would hit some part of the body back there. You could use a torch or plasma cutter or something to cut the metal box or whatever is back there to make more room. I'm just trying to not destroy or mess with anything. I still have some more research to do, but as of now it's just for a bosch e46 projector. I've got HID fogs too so I'm not to worry about high beams. I've been told the RSX bi-xenon is a short projector, but i'm not sure. Whatever I do I'm going to take a ton of pictures to show to everyone. So maybe someone can build off what I've done. it's my first attempt at really creating something like this. My main fear is water leaking into the case or housing i'm building for the projector.
