Where did you buy that from Kage? That looks like 4300K, not a tint of blue...

They do have a slight tint of blue the further you're away from the ride.. Just the way i wanted.
I forgot the guys name, he was selling them on LS1 few months back.
I think he's on here too...... H.I.D. XENON SYSTEM 8000k's.......

Both.
Cut-off color: definately
Beam color: some affect

man im pissed...i got my kit from LED Guages and i oredered them as 8k and they look purplish.....everything is marked as 8k but surely doesnt look it. ill post pics later...

8k is purplish.
What were you expecting?

4100K-4300k has the highest lumems. As the color temperature increases (the #K), the color gets bluer then purpler and the lumens decreases. Lumens is the measure if the actual light output.

looks great i'm going to be doing that later on, i dont know if i should do 2 projectors on eash side, you know low and high. think that would be over kill?

They are not good for high beams unless you get a bi-xenon projector. You have to remember they take a little time to warm up.

You could do a halogen projector in the high beam you get that even look you want. I had thought about putting HID's in the high beam but if I go to flash someone its gonna be no use (since it needs to warm up to really get seen) and going to be bad for the bulb going on and off like that.
