Interior Paint! Help!
Interior Paint! Help! hey guys i have a '94 Toyota Celica i am fixing for my girlfriend and i was going to paint the dash. well its not hard like the rest of the interior pieces, its like a vinyl or some kinda material, is there a way to get it off without tearing it up so i can paint it outside of the car or not? please help thanks
haha yeah i know, i dont drive it though, its for her, and i am trying to do it the way she wants to, but i have a good ole heavy chevy, so i aint worried about the ricer comment, but i would appreciate some help please.
thanks man i really appreciate it, is it very expensive or not? and how can i take the vinyl out of the car? can i or will it just rip and break? will i have to spray inside the car and just tape it off?
hmmm...im not sure about the celica, but experiance tells me, it got in the car...it can be taken out. im sure you can take it out....your best bet is to take it to a Toyota dealer, and go to the parts area, and just ask. im sure they can give you the info you need. i wouldnt try prying cuz yeah it MIGHT tear or break off or you might break the clips that could be holding it on. then you cant put it back on and the GF will b pissed lol find out whats holding it on before trying to take it off.
