I'd love to find some projector headlamps that were a direct fit replacement. I like the pop-up feature, but would love better lights.

After driving my wife's Saab 9-7x with just regular projector headlamps (not even HID), I feel blind driving my car or the explorer at night.

I'm into the pop-ups for their clean look so I would def be on the bandwagon if someone came up with a direct replacement projector. I think the toughest part is the room needed for a projector. I've seen a couple sweet ideas but not much results.

I was working on something using a projector from my R6 since i had some extras left over from converting my bike to HIDs and a 4701 housing. I gave up on that and got some TSX projectors off ebay, the R6 needed too much modification. The only part i can't figure out is how to put a clear plastic lens back on the housing so it looks like a sealed beam again. any suggestions?

I'd be happy with a not outragously expensive projector setup to go inside the pop-ups.
