Sunoco Spoiler

Or maybe just the GMMG with the oval tips... Something to counter balance the spoiler...
My friend who is a body guy (Chris, aka: Whistler who Targa topped his Camaro) said to buy the cheaper one (LM as opposed to G2) thinking it would be made of fiberglass...
It's not. It's the exact same material (polyurethane I believe) as the more expensive G2 spoiler (from LG Motorsports). Great for most people but bad for me because we were hoping it was out of a cheaper fiberglass and could be cut apart and shaped easily...
Since it wasn't I just stuck it on as is (since I did love it on my LT1 car) but just didn't like it this go around...
Don't get me wrong.. I do like the LS1 SS spoiler, but why make your car look stock? I regret getting a SS hood over another but I still like the look.. So I will have to live with it..
That's hillarious that you said both of those statments (Why go stock... I have an SS hood) in the same paragraph
Who cares whether something was stock or not?!?!? To me the point of modding is making the car look BETTER than it does now... Whether it takes aftermarket or stock parts to do that who cares?!?
Lots of people mod just to be "different" and there are a LOT of Cheesy F-Bodies in the sticky on this board...

so i took it off The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
BEFORE
AFTER
ANd the car with the sunoco hood, and SS spoiler...

Everyone will tell you to make your car look like a stock SS but what's the fun in that?
Anyways here's a picture of that spoiler on my car.

But why not buy an SS if your just gonna get a Z and put SS parts on it?
