urethane and plastic techs please help! Can you help me out guys?! 
The rocker panel (ground effect) on my passenger side is cracked, can it be repaired? its not split completely, just cracked.
Question 2: Can a tear, small one, be repaired on my front 1998 trans am bumper? I heard of some chemical agent, that "fuses" the crack. They use it on Vettes and high end exotics, and apparently it works. Just wondering what you guys think...

You can fix anything in plastic/fiberglass if no material is missing. Cracks can be fixed easily but if there was a hole, it would be alot tougher. You could easily use fiberglass or something else to fix them, easy fix.
hes right you can fix anything. but have a professional do it. I have been in the body shop business for years now. There are a tom of products to fix that. The best is either made by 3M or a company called Lord Fusor
