Agree. And here I am about ready to throw 18" C6 Z06 replicas and worried that they're "too big" for my taste. Thanks for making me feel better.

Like someone said before, they look like they belong on a different car, but you are also breaking out of the mold as mentioned. If you like 'em, you like 'em. Personally I love the way Z06 wheels look on Fbodys.

Too big of wheels looks like wagon wheels...like horse drawn wagon.

To each thier own.

I have no problem with the size of the wheels. Aside from traction issues, I think it's cool.

I just don't like the styling of the wheel. And I'm only saying that because you asked. Normally I'd keep my mouth shut. It's your car though so who cares.

you pretty much took a quick car, and turned it into a fair match for a newer mustang GT... trust me, i was in the same boat as you... bought my car with some god-awful 18x7.5's that looked like 22's, they weighed a TON and had no traction whatsoever, due to small sidewalls/skinny tires, and weighed too much.

i swapped to some 98-00 WS6 17x9 wheels, and the difference was unbelievable, handled better, accel/decel was alot better...

don't turn a muscle car into a G'd out paul wall machine...

you just did the traction delete mod my friend... good luck.

BTW, the people you hang out with should have no influence on your choices, especially wheels like that, i vote put the stockers back on, and sell the new wheels, and buy some 17's, with some drag radials... you'll have ALOT more fun.

They aren't that bad, I'd never put anything like that on my car, EVER, but it could be worse.

And like some others said, if you like it, thats all that matters.

Hey I don't think the actual rim design is bad I like em. I think 18's all around would be tight
