Default difference in rear bumpers

ok so i was posting in a different thread in the wheels section and i said something about a euro rear bumper.

i don't think many people know the difference or maybe i'm just crazy...

but this is what i've come up with

here's an example...

Trans am-the boxed exhaust openings...

Firebird/Formula-the rounded bottom with no distinct openings...

Euro-the firebird/formula design but with molded sides to make it appear lower...

this is why i like it...it makes it so you can run the t/a front and sideskirts with that rear bumper. because i think it would look awesome.

so basically what i'm saying is that this guys car...except with a T/A high rise wing is my dream car...that low too...it's orgasmic...

hope that helps give some knowledge...

The license plate would not fit.

That's the add-on piece. Were those factory GM or did someone else make those?

Another version is the euro bumper on the V6 cars. It has the wide plate area, but not the side flares. This is the real Euro Firebird/Formula rear. You should relabel your pic in the first post as the Euro "Trans Am" bumper.

That's sort of a sorry looking Firebird...

It looks sad with those ittle bitty wheels ....

I hope I didn't just insult someone.
