window rattle

window rattle I was wondering if anyone else has had this prob. My passenger side window feels loose and rattles while driving. Its driving Me nuts. Anyone know how to correct this?

If you're sure its coming from the window and not the passenger seat, then take off the door panel and see if the metal brackets with felt scrubbers are broken. The are at the top of the door and hold the window in place. There are several of them and they are easy to replace if thats what it is.
^^^ probably the cause.
I have to LOL at this thread because my driver side window rattles. I did everything to cure it, but no dice. Since i'm re-painting my car again...I just got a whole new door!!!

the passenger side window indeed rattles.
if you take the panel off and look inside to where the felt tips are against the glass (while it's down), you can see that there is a lot of slack right there, causing the glass to move back and forth. i fixed this by getting some felt strips with an adhesive backing and rapping a strip around the felt that's already there. no more rattle from the window when it's down.
