Cool, I needed this info aswell. Just recently bought a valance minus the attaching goodies.

Any details on the specific 3 little plastic attaching plugs? I need those too.

My valance is an unpainted new one, but was kinda tweaked in the packaging/shipping process.

Any recomendations for getting my valance back into shape????

Oh, and your car looks killer. My SS is black as well.

You can get those plastic "attaching plugs" at auto zone as well. The two corner ones are 1/2'' and the middle is 1/4''. Maybe you can use a heat gun to get it back to shape. If it's not bad, just put it on and it should go back to shape...

Cool, thanks for the additional details/info. That helps forsure.

I'll get a heat gun and see if that will do the trick. Its bad enough, unfortunately. That, or I'll have to wait till summer for the high temps and sit it out in the sun and let it get nice and soft that way.

Thanks again, and thanks for posting the info and pics. Looks great and very helpful in my case.

They are on ebay pretty frequently, but tend to sell for insane amounts of money. You can find one there forsure, but other sources will tend to be cheaper. Shipping is a killer, and because they are flexible they tend to be packaged in boxes that are actually to small. Thus, mine was tweaked upon arrival (that and the boxing on mine was unbelievably low effort).

Cool, hope mine comes around. Have already tried tweaking in opposite direction with success in one area, but not much in some other areas. So far, its retaining its tweaked shape. Needs some heat.

Wire mod ????

Ahh, I searched real quick. Very interesting and looks much better.

Also saw some referrence to a hood latch mod. Crap, lots of mods. I'm a newb to these cars, but its really cool how many little to not so little things that one can do. I like the freebie, to almost freebie stuff.

.

I turned off and he went back to a normal speed, waited awhile then headed on to Steve's place... He could have just been checking the car out buy my guess is that it was because of the no front license plate... Regardless, I wasn't going to find out

Anyways, back on topic your car is looking SICK Can't wait to hear your cam through the CME !!!

if it wasn't for mark's post, i probably wouldnt have even noticed you live 20 min from me!

DAMN those tips look good!!! Who blended the CME to your bumper???

I'm seriously considering getting a custom CME like yours (I need a custom job because I have a Mufflex system with dual 3" out) but first and foremost need to get my hood painted and am wondering who does your work...
