Is this a 214-2 dome light?
I'm changing my dome light over to an LED type. The refence manual calls for a 214-2. Not sure what this bulb is supposed to look like. The replacement Festoon type 214-2 LED bulbs look completely different. The copper leads went through the loops of the bulb. There was no 'socket' that the bulbs fits into. I placed a 214-2 replacement bulb into place and bent the copper leads over to help hold it in place. If this is not a 214-2 bulb, what type of LED replacement bulb do I need to find? Can someone identify this bulb?

I think the bulb you need is a 212-2 Festoon bulb. Google that and you should find something, if not try and google "LEDs" and just look at any of those websites for that bulb. Should be what you need.

I tried that search and it suggested 214-2. I pulled the bulb before I ordered, LOL. I got the new #74s for the HVAC. Is there a trick on getting the factory ones out of the socket without breaking them?
