Default Hazed clear corners???

I got a question recently i got these clear corners, but when it rained hard these weekend one of them got up all hazed and wet looking, so how do i get rid of that haze or would it dry by itself?

take it off... use hair dryer and q tips and rubbing alcohol to help the water evaporate. Then before you put them back on, go buy some clear silicon and run a bead around the seam and let it set up to keep water out.

What does the plug look like? Is it the rubber cap?
