for whatever reason my 99 T/A didnt come with a hood latch. i bought one a while back and went to put it in last weekend. the car had the old latch bolts still attached to the hood. ive tried just about everything i could think of from soaking the bolt in WD40 to tri-flo and such and it just wont budge. i got one bolt out but the other just seems stuck in the hood. and ideas on how to safely get this bolt out without damaging the fragile fiberglas hood???????
