Help!

Installed my HID kit today. Supposed to be just plug and play. I did all the plug ins but no play. My connections are good but no light. I installed the stock bulbs back on after that just to see if its the stock wiring took a crap. The stock bulbs still good. Help.

the plugs to the bulbs can go either way, up or down. try them each way but be sure that the car is off and so are the lights. if that doesnt do it then the ballasts are bad.
