ah, the only mod that by itself is bad is that wing.... BUT....
when moding a car's apperance it should be well thought out and the parts should look like they all go together. the headlights/front bumper/blackbird stripes all could probably look badass if done right on the right car. this person obviously has put NO thought at all into it though.
my guess is this was just some tasteless retard who went nuts slapping expensive appearance parts on his car without an real plan. so..... the end product is hideous.
and now the tool probably thinks he should get all his money back out of it too.... hence the outrangious asking price.

I mean look at the cheezy fuel tank door! Fake bullet holes? Even the headlights look bad (WAY too small for the front of that car). Im not gonna even start on hacking the front cover without having an intercooler up there...
The only mods on that car I actually like are the door sills, the shifter ****, the HVAC ***** (by themselves) and the aluminum pedals.
Put simpler: If this car were to appear in a movie, would it most likely be "Gone in 60 Seconds" or "The Fast and the Furious"?
