Had mine 5 years. Still bone stock motor wise. Only thing I have done is put exhaust on it, and a K&N. The rest are visuals. painted brakes, WS.6 third brake light, T-handle shifter. I like the car's performance as it is, its enough for me to go up a curvy Kentucky mountian road and have fun in, as well as take it to car shows and cruising on the town. I got the exhaust for the sound too. I don't care much for the whole 'my car is faster than yours' scene haha. So no loving your car the way it is is not bad, after all it is YOUR car, not everyone elses

I PLANNED to keep mine stock other than rims...I have done decent at best. I have owned it about 5-6 months and I still plan to keep the motor stock. I am basically done with the car as it sits right now...I HOPE...LT's are really calling my name.

Just the loundmouth exhaust! All stock. No bug bite here, but if that's what you want to do to your car, that's cool. Me I have no reason to spend alot of money on getting to 100 a little bit faster I love my car stock. It will stay this way as long as I own it.

or a website
My car would most likely have remained stock, then i met all these people w/ there fast rides. Mines fast for the area, then i get on here and im so low on the totem pole its not even funny. peer pressure sucks.... till u nail the gas.

I dont really run many people, but if i were to loose i can just say im stock and not really care, which is better than getting beat and having a couple grand in mods because i would probably be p*ssed then

engine wise, my car will prolly remain fairly stock. I'm going "metro" where I keep most of the engine stock, but delve into things that contribute to the apperence of my vehical.

Still waiting on some more apperience stuff to come in the mail with that said.

I got my CETA in January of 2002. It is STILL stock down to the paper air filter (yeah I know, I know)
BUT, I did just buy an aftermarket lid and filter and will be putting those on as soon as the freshly painted lid cures a bit more.
Trying to keep it clean for STARS in March.

I bought my car and told the wife that it would always be stock, never changed. Here's a recent pic of the engine bay...

I lied.....
