Its not my place to tell you what to do with your car, but if that was my car, I would remove the GFX.

Thanks for the all the comments people. I do think I'm going to remove them tomorrow and see what it looks like. I'm hoping I will like it, and if I will have them lying around to put back on. I've seen some people pull them off but I just think my car will look much cleaner without them, espicially after I change my tips and get it lowered a bit. Will post some pics once I get it off to show the difference.

Almost everyone will say ditch them but it is easy to say when you don't have to pay to have the holes filled and the car painted. If you take them off beware there will be holes and an unpainted portion of the car visible.

Yeah I really really wanna get rid of them, but I'm also worried about the cost involved with fixing the holes. On a black car I'm not sure exactly how noticeable they are, but mine are already beat up and falling off so I figure I will just cut my losses and be happy with it. Wonder if I could get it bondo'd or something for 500 bucks or so?

Yeah... thanks everyone for the comments. Anyone have an idea on how long it will take before the wholes on the sides will rust or anything? I'm leaving them on until I can get some springs, and probably have my uncle who works in a body shop bondo and spray a bit as a weekend project or something. I also have to get 4 new tires, replace a bent rim, and do a full tune-up, so the GFX's aren't my biggest problem at the moment.

Go with the look that you like best. Personally I am not a fan, but I do like the oem gfx, and I have seen some really sharp looking examples. Its all in the handling and presentation and not necessarily what's on or off of a car.

I would only lose the gfx if I was lowering the car or adding a hood and spoiler combo. If you plan to leave the car stock appearing, I would definetly keep them. They may increase your resale value for the non-enthusiasts.

bye bye gfx!!

I don't mind the sides, but I've always hated that front piece. I'd say if you keep them then get another brand's front section.

lose them unless you like your car to look like a 6 banger or a sleeper, but if it was my car i would lose them and lower it an inch or so to fill the void

I think I'm going to take them off and sell them. Probably won't get a whole lot out of them but considering brand new how expensive they are it would be cheaper for people who like them to buy them used even with a bit of damage and repair them. It will probably be a week or so as I want to see how much it will cost to fix and all that. I might even wait until I get the money for new tires, springs, etc. Plus I'm kinda worried about the holes rusting if I can't get them fixed ASAP. So it might be a little bit, but I will probably end up taking them off and buying a different hood so the car doesn't look so plain.

I voted to get rid of them, but if you do keep them, get the wings west front lip... looks much better than the stock one.
