What bumper/valence is this?

I was looking at some wheels when i stumbled across this picture. I've never seen this valence before does anyone know where i can get it and what brand it is?

you sure its not just molded in? It looks like one from a kit to me. Maybe rksport or somthing?

IIRC, that was a one-off custom job done just for him. He had a friend that had some really good auto-body skillz.

Custom made, if you look closely the openings on the front are from a C5 Vette, you can't purchase it. His hood is also custom made, then it was copied and mass produced.

Whistler (aka: Chris) made that bumper for his targa topped car (painted silver)... His friend VSGLS1 (aka: Keith) got a bumper and hood off of him for his car (above pictured, viper steel grey).

The bumper is a stock Camaro bumper CUT IN HALF and extended about and inch and a half down with C5 Corvette pieces grafted into the bottom of it. I was there a lent a hand (basically kept Chris company) during part of it's making...
