How do I get rid of Moisture???

How do I get rid of Moisture??? I have a set of the smoked corner lights and my passenger one seems to fill up with moisture all the time. I have taken it out and dried it out and put a silicone bead around the edge of it 2x and it somehow still fills up like a damn sauna. I was wondering if there is anything else I need to be looking for. There aren't any holes "OTHER" holes except for the bulb housings. What can it be. I have tested the bead by placing the housing in a bowl with water and letting it sit for an hour. NOTHING...but as soon as it's on the car and it rains....YOU can barely see the bulbs. It's PISSING me off!

Is it just fogging up, or is it literally filling up with water?
If its filling with water, try drilling two small holes on either side to let that drain out.
If its just fogging up, I have no idea. Mine fog up with the temperature change, but it doesnt sound nearly as bad as what you've got goin on.
