I'm not quite sure either. My guess is to keep the wax/residue off of the trim, badges, wheels, etc.

Cuts down drastically on the clean-up from the major polishing that I do to the car once a year with my PC. The taped trim prevents the buffing pad from scouring and ruining the trim, and the bags on the wheels help keep the wheels and tires clean from occasional dusting and splatter.

I keep the car spotless inside year round so theres no real Spring cleaning so to speak going on. But I do like the idea of taking everything out like that. HMM More ideas to keep it clean. And I was it every few days to keep it spotless outside too. i'm slightly insane, or so some people i know say. I'll go snap a pic of it in the garage right now.

So its has been mid 70's for the past week and half here in NC. So I washed and waxed mine the other day. However, if any of you are familiar with the area you know that this time of year sucks. POLLEN! Everyday I have went over my car with the Duster and Microfiber...

20 minutes later my car has a greenish/yellow tint across the roof, hood and windows.

It's raining pollen....

post up pics and stuff of your 2007 spring clean on your vehicles!!!!

alright guys, im getting spring fever, so today i relocated my interior to my living room and gave it a good cleaning. today was the interior and tomorrow is the exterior, more pics tomorrow of that its too ******* windy today for me to be standing out there fighting a hose. i conditioned the leather, soaked all the small plastic parts, scrubbed the console, shampooed the floor mats. while the interior was out of the car, i shampooed the carpets and picked up the beer bottle tops from where the seats were. steam cleaned the carpets, vaccumed etc......... i know my floor mats are about shot, i need some new ones, here are some pictures, i reluctantly took a before and after, i debated on it because i was too embarassed.......so anyways,

anyone want to tell me how to make that wear less noticable on the side bolster? i scrubbed and scrubbed. i think im just going to tuff it out untill my white leather seats come.

and here is the before and after, drivers side is done, passengers side is not its embarassing.

heres some of the **** i used to clean it with, that dirt devil hand vac is ****.......

alright guys thats it for today, tomorrow will have some exterior wash/wax pictures provided it dont rain.

POST UP LETS SEE THEM SPRING READY RIDES!!!!!
