Car bra on a black SS?
Car bra on a black SS? I'm still waiting on my 01' SS to make it down here, but it's my understanding that the paint is in really good shape. I'm thinking about putting a bra on it to at least keep well polished for a little while.
The car is black, so I don't think it would stick out very much.
Also, this car will be my DD so how long do you think a bra would hold up against the whole scraping deal (All the roads in Birmingham are crap so it's inevitable that it will scrape).

Do what YOU want to protect it. You'll find most people here are not too keen on the bra thing anymore. I use one on long road trips, but it's an excellent fitting Colgan. No flappin' in the breeze. If it's not a good fit, it could cause more damage than it's worth.
Thanks for your opinions. My main concern is that this is the first car that I have gotten in good shape, and I want to keep it there. It's the first one that's had all of it's paint for that matter.
