I've had 2 cars and a bike painted this color - Porsche Iris Blue

almost black at night to a nice medium royal blue under bright sunlight

I like the color a lot too, but I think the reason it really stands out is becuase it's on a Mustang. The car has a lot of sharp edges, so you get a lot of different angles of light on the paint; it should look pretty good on a 3rd gen. The car is owned by a guy named Elmo Perez. It used to be black, but I haven't been able to find many pictures (of either color).

Im a little biased towards medium blue met, but its not my favorite. I like a lot of different blues, dont really have a favorite.
