Default T-Top divider needs re-oxidizing

I read once before that the bar that seperates the t-tops at the roof can be restored by smearing peanut butter over it for a bit? Is that bs or no?

Mine's starting to look faded and I'm just curious what people do to get that smooth luster back.

i wouldnt put pb but i will make it look shiny because of the oils

Try some Turtle Wax "Ice". It will do the job nicely.

The Turtle Wax makes it look good for about a week.....if that. Im thinkin hes lookin more long term than that.

I used mothers back to black a few times with a orbital buffer and a micro fiber bonett. Its bran new now.
