blacked out tbar roof

i hate when i take of my tops that all around the two openings theres is freaking bright *** red paint. Its like screaming "haha the factory cut another corner, here!!!!!!!" has anyone ever painted this part black? id prefer a pic of a red ls1 ta but im not really picky any wilol work. Please post some pics guys!!! Good idea? bad idea? pointless? pointful but not worth the work? comments? suggestions?

my car from the factory came black...i think it's just the 98+ cars that came with that gift...honestly i like it, but it's because i don't have it, and you have it...because you have it...

grass is always greener theory...lol
